July 2015 Beauty Favorites

Hey guys!

So recently I've really been into beauty products. Okay, I've always been into them but I've just gotten even more into them recently so I thought at the end of the month I'd have a little round up of specifically beauty products that I loved. :)

So for face products this month, I've been using the Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Airbrush Finish Foundation in the shade Porcelain Ivory. This is an old product and it's actually a little too light for my skin now, but I don't think it's that noticeable so... I actually cannot find this product on their website for some reason. There is a Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation there but not the Airbrush Finish one, however it is still available on Amazon. I've been using my beauty blender to put that on. And to set the foundation, I've been using the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in the shade Nude Beige. And for highlighting I've been using the YvesSaintLaurent Touche Eclat in the shade Radiant Touch. I also use this as an under eye concealer sometimes. Finally for bronzing, I've using the Rimmel Natural Bronzer in the shade Sun Dance and I've been using the E.L.F Bronzing Brush to apply it.

For eye make up, I've been using the MAC Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash Mascara, Milani Shadow Eyez 12 Hr Wear Eyeshadow in the shade Champagne Toast and 2 different eyeliners. I've really been loving the look of golden eyeliner and green eyeliner on my waterline. The green eyeliner really brings out the green in my eyes and makes them pop whereas the golden is really subtle against my skin but it's still noticeable and I just really like it. So for my eyeliners, I've been wearing the Colorbar Glide Eye Pencils in the shades Golden Glam and Jaded.

 

For my lips this month, I've really been loving MAC's New York Apple. It's a dark muted red with a pink shimmer in it. It's quite smooth and has a glossy effect as well.

Monthly Goals: August

Hey guys!

So having been gone for the summer, I didn't post anything really but I'm back now and starting off with a monthly goals post! :) As usual I'll be seeing whether I accomplished my previous goals and then writing my new goals for the month down. I'll be using June's goals seeing as I missed out on July.

June's Goals:
- Post on each of my blogs at least twice a week
- Finish writing at least half of my book
- Be nice to my aunt and uncle
- Catch up on Hannibal
- Start watching Skins Just to clarify I meant Skins UK. I've finished 4 seasons and am going to start season 5 soon. :)
- Go book shopping Check out my Book Haul here!
- Read and review all my NetGalley books that I've currently downloaded
- Get some form of a tan It was barely a tan but it was still something!
- Enjoy my summer!

So I think that was somewhat eventful. I feel proud to have crossed off so many items. Granted, they weren't hard but whatever. xD Anyways, onward to August's goals!

August's Goals:
- Clean up my room
- Keep it clean all month
- Paint my room
- Create a DIY for hanging my necklaces
- Drink at least 2 cups of water a day (from my tumbler cup - 20 ounces)
- Do the 30 Day Squat Challenge
- Do the 30 Day Abs Challenge
- Read Madame Bovary
- Read and review Nikki Blue: Source of Trouble

Busy Schedule

Hey guys!

I'm apologizing in advance for the less activity in these upcoming two months. Every summer that I come to the U.S. is hectic and I just don't have as much time on my laptop. However, I still am going to try to stick to my June goals and post at least twice a week on both of my blogs.

Also, keep in tune for August. I'll be posting a haul on what I've bought during my trip to the U.S. :)
